  • What is an e-ticket?

    An electronic ticket (called as e-ticket) is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number. Hospitality Travel will email your flight e-ticket once the booking is confirmed and payments are done. It is necessary to take a print out of your e-ticket and carry it along with your valid photo ID to the airport and present it at the airline counter while checking in for your flight.

  • Can I book multi-city flight tickets?

    Yes. You can.

Can I book infant tickets?

Yes, you can book one infant flight tickets per adult with us. To avail infant fares, the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the journey (both outbound and return) period that you are booking. Ensure that you are carrying a valid age proof of the infant while checking in at the airline counter. Infants must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years old).

Why are few airlines missing from the search results when I’ve selected 5 passengers (adult + children)?

This is because few airlines don’t allow us to book more than 4 passengers (adult + children) in one go. Try to search for less than 4 passengers.

After submitting my payment details, I got a blank screen. I didn’t receive my e-ticket but did get charged for the booking.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience you faced. But hey, don’t worry. All you have to do is email us at support@hospitalitytravel.in and we will assist you with further steps. We suggest that you should not re-book your flights again as you may end up getting charged twice

.How do I know if my flight bookings are confirmed?

Once the payment is received by us, we will send you an email confirming your flight details. Your e-ticket will be send along with the email.

How do I get my e-ticket?

We will send your e-ticket once the payment process is completed. The e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided by you while making the booking.

Do I have to show my identity proof at the airport?

Yes. The airport authority and airline staff requires your valid identity proof to provide you access to the airport and check you in for the flight.

How can I find my baggage limit?

Please check your e-ticket for your baggage limit. You can also visit the specific airline website you are flying with to check the baggage limit in the ‘Baggage Allowance’ section.

What is an amendment?

An amendment is a change. You can change your travel date and time of flight if rule permits.However, you cannot change your travel route (sector) or the airline. Please note that there are amendment charges levied by the airline and Hospitality Travel. The charges may differ depending on the airline, route and booking class.

What are the amendment charges?

The amendment charges may differ with airline, booking class and the travel sector. Apart from the airline’s amendment fee, Hospitality Travel charges an additional amendment processing fee per passenger and per sector. These charges will be collected when you are making the amendment to your booking. Apart from the amendment charges, the fare difference amount, airline penalty if any, will also be charged.

How can I make changes in my flight booking?

Simply email at support@hospitalitytravel.in 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure. If it is less than 24 hours, you have to connect with the respective airline directly for changes.Flight changes possible as per airline policy.

How to cancel my flight booking?

In case of cancelling your reserved flight booking, just visit our contact us section on the website and fill in the required details. Our travel expert will call you to reconfirm your flight cancellation request. You can also call us at +91-6238639040 or +966-571315022 for instant cancellation.

My flight got cancelled by the airline. How do I get my refund?

If your flight got cancelled by the airline, simply email us at support@hospitalitytravel.in with your confirmation number.

When is the latest I can cancel by flight booking?

You can cancel your booking any time before 24 hours of your scheduled flight departure. If it is less than 24 hours, you have to connect with the respective airline directly for cancellations. Flight cancellation depend on airline policy.

What are the flight cancellation charges?

The flight cancellation charge depends on the airline, the sector and class of booking and the time of cancellation. Apart from the cancellation charges levied by the airline, Hospitality Travel will levy service fee per passenger and per sector for air ticket cancellation. This fee will be over and above the airline cancellation charges.

How will I get the refund after the cancellation?

Once the cancellation process is initiated, you will receive your ticket refund within 15-30 working days. It will be credited back to the same account from which the booking was confirmed. Sometimes the refund process takes longer depending on the airline process. Refund depend on airline policy.

I booked my flights on Hospitality Travel but cancelled it directly with the airline. How can I claim my refund?

You should inform us about the cancellation immediately. The refund takes anywhere between 15-30 working days (from the day you inform us about the cancellation). In case there was a no-show or the flight was cancelled by the airline, the refund process might take a bit longer. Refund depend on airline policy.

What is the standard check-in/out time in the hotels?

The standard check-in time is after 1400 hrs (02:00 pm) and the check-out time is 12:00 noon. However, it may vary depending on the destination and the season time. Your confirmed hotel booking voucher will contain all the details about the hotel check-in/out timings. 

What is the difference between a ‘Twin room’ and a ‘Double room’?

A ‘Twin room’ will have 2 separate single or queen sized beds while a ‘Double room’ will have one king size bed.

How can I make group travel booking?

Please send us your group travel request at support@hospitalitytravel.in and we will connect with you.Please include the details of your travel like the number of adults and children travelling, preferred dates of travel, preferred destination etc. 

I want to book a hotel in multiple destinations. How can I book a multi-sector itinerary?

I have made a hotel room booking. What happens next?

Once the hotel room booking and payment process is completed, we will send across a confirmation email (on the email address you have registered while making the booking). Please take a print out of the confirmed hotel voucher and present it at the hotel counter during the check-in.

How do I know if my hotel booking was successful?

After the payment process is completed, you will receive an email confirmation from Hosptality Travel. Please take a print out of the confirmed hotel voucher and present it at the hotel counter during the check-in.

Should I re-confirm my booking with the hotel?

No. Once you receive your confirmed hotel reservation voucher, you don’t have to re-confirm the booking. However, if you really want to, simply email us at support@hospitalitytravel.in to re-confirm your hotel booking.

Do I need to show any documents to check-in at the hotel?

It is mandatory to show your government approved valid ID proof while checking-in at the hotel. For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

Can I do early/late check-in/out at the hotel?

The standard check-in/out time in hotels is 12 noon. However, there are some hotels who allow early check-in or late check-out depending on the availability of the room. In some cases, the hotel may charge you for one day extra for early check-in or late check-out.

Which ID proofs are accepted by the hotels during check-in?

For Indian citizens, government approved identity proofs like Voter ID card, driving license or even passport can be used as valid ID proof. For foreign nationals, your passport will be accepted as valid ID proof.

I want to change/amend my hotel booking?

Sorry but you cannot make changes/amendments or modifications to your confirmed hotel bookings. You have to cancel the existing hotel booking if rule permit and make a new one. Please don’t call the hotel directly for changes or cancellations of the booking. The hotel cannot make changes or process your refunds for the specially-negotiated room rates.

How can I cancel my confirmed hotel booking?

For cancellations, please call us at +91-6238639040 or +966-571315022. or drop us an email on  support@hospitalitytravel.in.Please note that each hotel has a different room cancellation policy.

I want to cancel my hotel booking, when is the latest I can do this by?

We strongly recommend that you check the hotel’s booking policy mentioned on the booking page while making your reservation. However, you cannot cancel your hotel booking on the day that you are scheduled to check-in at the hotel.

What are the hotel room cancellation charges?

The hotel room cancellation charges depends on your selected hotel type, room, time of stay (off-season, peak season) and the time of cancellation. Please check your hotel’s booking policy on the booking page to know more

I didn’t check-in at the hotel at all, will I get a refund?

You will not be entitled to a refund ad you will be considered as a ‘no-show’ by the hotel.
